MauzoPro is a business management application designed to help businesses manage sales, inventory, receipts, expenses, debts, services, employees, reports, and related business records.
Depending on the features used, MauzoPro may process business account information, product and inventory information, sales and transaction records, customer information entered by the business, customer phone numbers, receipt information, product images, and other business records.
MauzoPro may use the device camera to capture product images for product identification, inventory management, and sales-related features.
When a business chooses to use SMS-related features, customer phone numbers may be used to prepare or send receipts and other communications requested by the business. Marketing communications should only be sent when the customer has provided appropriate consent.
MauzoPro may use cloud services, including Firebase services provided by Google, to synchronize and store application data across authorized devices.
Information is used to provide MauzoPro features, synchronize authorized devices, maintain business records, generate reports and receipts, and improve the reliability and functionality of the application.
MauzoPro does not sell users' personal information. Data may be processed by service providers required to operate application features, such as cloud infrastructure providers.
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect information processed through MauzoPro. Cloud data is transferred using secure connections. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
MauzoPro users may request deletion of their cloud account and associated data at any time.
Data deleted may include cloud account credentials, business profile information, employee accounts, inventory records, product images, sales, services, expenses, debts, receipts, reports, and other cloud-synchronized business records associated with the account.
Information required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary. Temporary backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
Users may also delete individual records using available controls inside the app. Removing a cloud account from a phone only disconnects that device and does not delete the cloud account or its cloud data.
MauzoPro is intended for business use and is not designed for children.
